California Transparency Act – Luxe

California Transparency Act

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

About This Statement

This statement is published in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (California Civil Code Section 1714.43).

Introduction

Luxe Protection Films and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Luxe”) are committed to conducting business with honesty, integrity, and respect for human rights. Our values extend to how we treat our employees, partners, suppliers, and all stakeholders. Luxe has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labour, or any form of modern slavery in our operations or supply chain.

Luxe’s Business and Structure

Luxe Protection Films is a US-based provider of high-quality automotive surface protection products. Our offerings include paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and related vehicle enhancement products tailored for both retail and professional automotive sectors.

Luxe is incorporated in California, with its headquarters located in Union City, California. While our primary market is the United States, Luxe also maintains partnerships with a network of authorised installers and service professionals across various regions.

Relevant Policies

Luxe’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics outlines our expectations for lawful and ethical behaviour across our business. This includes treating all individuals with dignity and respect and complying with applicable labour and human rights laws.

All employees receive guidance and training on our ethical standards, including the responsibility to foster a safe, fair, and compliant work environment. The Code requires personnel to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and to report any conduct inconsistent with Luxe’s core values.

Required Disclosures

As required under the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, Luxe discloses its practices in the following five categories:

1. Verification

Luxe’s supply chain includes manufacturers, logistics partners, professional service providers, and authorised retailers/installers. Before entering into business relationships, Luxe conducts a due diligence process that may include background checks, online reputation reviews, and verification of business licences and certifications.

We also conduct internal, informal assessments of our supply chain to identify potential human rights risks, including those related to human trafficking and forced labour. This verification is carried out by Luxe personnel, not by third-party organisations.

2. Audits

Luxe’s supplier and partner agreements include provisions that permit site visits and compliance checks if concerns arise. At this time, Luxe has not performed formal audits specifically focused on human trafficking or modern slavery within its supply chain.

3. Certification

Luxe’s standard agreements require suppliers and partners to certify that they and any subcontractors comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws — including those related to labour practices, worker safety, and human rights. These certifications are ongoing throughout the duration of the business relationship.

4. Internal Accountability

Currently, Luxe does not maintain a dedicated set of internal accountability measures specifically tied to combating human trafficking or modern slavery. However, violations of our Code of Conduct — including unethical labour practices — may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

5. Training

At present, Luxe does not provide formal training on human trafficking or forced labour prevention to employees or management with direct supply chain responsibilities. However, our leadership team remains committed to fostering awareness of ethical sourcing practices and will continue to evaluate opportunities for training in the future.

Next Steps

Luxe Protection Films is dedicated to continually improving our ethical sourcing practices. We will regularly review our policies, increase awareness of supply chain risks, and strengthen our compliance and ethics programme with respect to human rights, including the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking.
