Statement on Slavery & Human Trafficking – Luxe

Statement on Slavery & Human Trafficking

Modern Slavery Statement

Published in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
About This Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and covers the issues of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.

Modern slavery is a serious crime and a fundamental violation of human rights. It can take many forms—including slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking—all of which involve the deprivation of an individual’s liberty for the purpose of exploitation, whether personal or commercial.

At Luxe Protection Films, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are also dedicated to implementing and maintaining robust systems and controls to help ensure modern slavery has no place within our own operations or anywhere within our supply chains.

Introduction

Luxe Protection Films and its affiliated entities (“Luxe”) are committed to transparency, fairness, and ethical conduct in all areas of our business. This includes the equitable treatment of employees, our third-party partners and their workforces, as well as any other stakeholders we interact with.

We do not tolerate human rights violations in any form—either within our operations or indirectly through our partners. Luxe is dedicated to maintaining transparency and accountability in its efforts to prevent modern slavery, consistent with the obligations set out in the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We expect our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners to share our commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards. Our contracts include specific clauses that prohibit the use of forced, bonded, trafficked or child labour, or any practice that amounts to slavery or servitude. Additionally, we expect our suppliers to ensure that their own supply chains meet these same standards.

Luxe Protection Films – Our Business and Structure

Luxe Protection Films is a leading provider of premium automotive surface protection solutions, including paint protection films, headlight protection, and automotive window tints. Our wider product range also includes architectural window film for residential and commercial use, as well as security film solutions.

About This Policy

This policy aims to:
a) Outline our responsibilities—and those of individuals and entities acting on our behalf—in supporting and upholding our stance on modern slavery and human trafficking; and
b) Provide clear guidance for identifying and reporting concerns related to modern slavery and human trafficking.

This policy applies to everyone working for Luxe or on our behalf, regardless of employment status. This includes all employees, directors, officers, interns, volunteers, agency workers, contractors, consultants, business partners, and third-party representatives.
Please note, this policy does not form part of any employment contract, and we may review or amend it at any time.

Your Responsibilities & How to Raise a Concern

It is your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with this policy. Preventing, detecting, and reporting modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain is a shared duty for everyone working with or for Luxe. You must not engage in any activity that could breach or appear to breach this policy.

If you believe or suspect that modern slavery is occurring—or may occur—you must report it to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.

We strongly encourage anyone who has a concern—no matter how small—to raise it. This applies whether the concern is about Luxe’s own operations or those within any tier of our supply chain. If you’re unsure whether something constitutes modern slavery, speak to your manager for guidance.

Reports can also be made confidentially through Luxe’s Whistleblowing Policy channels.

We are committed to ensuring that no one suffers any negative consequences for reporting a concern in good faith—even if it turns out to be incorrect. Any instance of retaliation (such as dismissal, disciplinary action, threats, or other forms of unfair treatment) will not be tolerated. If you believe you’ve been treated unfairly as a result of raising a concern, you should contact our Compliance Manager immediately.

Relevant Policies

Luxe Protection Films’ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics requires all individuals representing the company to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and personal integrity. This includes adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, and the shared responsibility to ensure a safe, respectful, and fair working environment.

All employees are expected to uphold the Code of Conduct, and receive training and/or regular communications to reinforce their responsibility to act lawfully and ethically in all business dealings.

Luxe’s Supply Chain

Luxe operates with a global network of partners and suppliers, including:

  • Suppliers of direct materials such as thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), manufacturing inputs, and packaging materials;
  • Suppliers of indirect goods and services including professional services, facilities, office essentials, and marketing solutions;
  • Distributors;
  • Franchise partners; and
  • Installers and authorised dealers.

Prior to engaging any third party—whether supplier, distributor, installer or otherwise—Luxe conducts a review which may include reference checks, internet and media searches, licence and certification verification, and financial background assessments.

Breaches of this Policy

Any employee found to be in breach of this policy may face disciplinary action, which could lead to dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.

We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any supplier, partner, or contractor who is found to have violated this policy or engaged in practices inconsistent with our values on human rights and ethical business.

Our Next Steps
Luxe Protection Films is committed to the ongoing evaluation of its practices, procedures, and compliance efforts. We will continue to review and refine our internal policies and supplier screening processes, and expand our ethics and compliance programme to strengthen our stance against modern slavery in all its forms.
